Lin and Sue are best friends who have just turned 18 a few months before the video shoot session. They wanted to cut their hair short together as they enter adulthood.
Lin is the one wearing a collared top with buttons. She is the braver of the two, willing to go all the way to a pixie haircut!
Sue is the one wearing a sweater with round neck. She is the more timid of the two, settling with a lip length bob as the shortest style.
After having their hair washed (not shown), they start the scene with their hair in towels. Both had grown-out thin "airy" bangs. The stylist cut them thicker blunt bangs to their eyebrows. Then, she blow dried their hair.
Lin and Sue then did a long hair show for the last time while their hair was still long. They played and brushed each other's hair, and made ponytail, pigtails and braid styles.
After that, Lin and Sue played a haircut game. Lin suggested a game of scissor paper rock, where the loser would have a small lock of her hair cut off by the winner. The game would go on for a few rounds until one of their hair is cut to a rough bob.
Lin was the one who suggested the game, but she ended up being the loser. Lin's hair was cut into a rough uneven bob by Sue, while Sue's hair only had a few pieces cut and was largely still long. To make them even, Sue cuts her own hair at the end of the game.
The stylist then cuts their hair into neat chin length bobs with bangs. Both of then decided they can go shorter, and the stylist then cut their hair into lip length bobs.
At this stage, Sue decided that is the shortest she is willing to go. Lin is braver and decided to go shorter all the way to an uneven bowl cut, and then finally a pixie cut.
